i always print my stencils on cardstock. Its just really thick paper, the kind you print out business cards on. You buy it at the store, next to the printer paper. It seems to last a while. Make sure after you spray thru the stencil, you let it dry flat, and dont lay wet stencils together, because you will never get them apart once they dry.

MAN I'VE SEEN SOME REALLY BAD ASS STENCILS. EVEN THOUGH I USE THEM FROM TIME TO TIME WHEN I AIRBRUSH SHIRTS, SOME OF THE STUFF I HAVE SEEN WAS JUST AWSOME. WISHED THAT I COULD SEE SOMEONE DO IT IN PERSON TO REALLY GET THE FEEL FOR IT.

when i do my stencil i print it on to paper and stick it 2 the card i wanna make into the stencil and cut though band parkour kiks ass i go 2 my local club fing!

i basicly freehand draw the pictures and make some lines thiker...
its really simple just cut the black lines...

hey ppl
just thought i should say that i stumbled upon this site last night and discovered the stencil thread. After racking my brain all night long, i came up with this, my first ever stencil:
What do you think?
Reflection on my work: I think i should have held the can a bit further away over the rear wing area to avoid the smudged/smeared effect. Or at least pass over that area faster than i did.
I'd appreciate any constructive criticism from anyone who knows a thing or two about stenciling since i'm totally new to this game.

Why would you make an Obey stencil? Why not make your own and make something better then that?

True stencils are vectored in Illy or any other vector app but you can cheat and just threshhold them
