I am constantly surprised by the reactions from people towards graffiti when they are not familiar with it. Just the other day I showed a friend of mine a somewhat wildstyle piece I was working on, and, after staring at the picture intently for a minute or so, promptly looked up and plainly said "I have no fucking clue what that says. That is some straight nigger-speak right there". Of course, then again, I live in Virginia............................god fucking dammit.........................
