I wondered that too but i think its illegal, cos pics always come annoy u wen u got a legal going, but they dont usually call for backup. I think they came as usual to check with the shop owner, realised it was illegal then called in.

I think its probably legal...........those cops are on cell phones, if they were calling backup they'd be on their radio walky-talky things. They're probably just botherin them like po-po do all the time..........bastards........
